Why We Are Scouts
Troop 75 is all about having fun, encouraging healthy friendships, developing character, learning cool stuff and practicing leadership. We believe in the Scout Oath and Law and developing ourselves into good citizens.
When We Meet
Weekly meetings are held Tuesday nights, from 6:45 to 8:15 PM.
Since Scouting is three-quarters Outings, we schedule monthly camp-outs and activities on weekends. Summers are very busy with Summer Camp, High Adventure Outings and our Summer Program.
Where We Meet
Meetings are held at the PTCUMC Scout Lodge to the rear of the Robinson Road Campus. This facility has ample room for our energetic boys. We have access to sports facilities and open areas for games and campfires!

Troop 75 Scouts go on lots of cool and exciting outings. It all starts with simple camp-outs and training programs to teach all Scouts fundamentals and basic skills. We build on those skills —using merit badge programs and more challenging experiences— at Summer Camp on the Woodruff Scout Reservation in the north Georgia Mountains.
Leadership comes in the form of positions of responsibility within the Troop, experiences at Camp Thunder; and teaching at National Leadership Encampments. Merit badge classes throughout the year help Scouts advance in rank toward Eagle Scout. High adventure trips to the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, Northern Tier in Minnesota and to the National Sea Base in the Florida Keys provide the pinnacle experiences to cap a Scouting career.
